Through this program, I learned about the significance of maintaining healthy mitochondria and how to be an effective advocate for my clients. As your advocate, I can help you understand your labs and guide you on actionable lifestyle changes. With my advanced training in nutrigenomics, we can dig deep to personalize your keto. Then, based on your DNA and labs, I will advise you on your Keto approach. As a result, you will understand what it takes to fight or prevent disease.
